The known origin of the word Reiki is from Japan. Reiki can be best explained in Japanese language as Rei=Universal and Ki=Life Energy and it is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the intended person in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Distance Reiki is as powerful as someone getting Reiki being physically present with the healer because of the symbols in use and intention of the remote healer.

Chakra Balancing Meditation

Invisible but Real! Chakras are the Energy Centers in our body. There are seven Chakras in our body – starting at the base of your spine and moving all the way up to the top of your head. In a physically and emotionally healthy person, the 7 chakras provide the right balance of energy to every part of your body, mind, and spirit. Balanced Chakras can be achieved by knowing the root cause of the problem and healing it by regular meditations for healing Chakras. Each Chakra is associated with certain color of the Rainbow and it is so cool that we use the same color for a purpose in everyday life in our society. i.e. Root Chakra, which is at the base of your spine is red color Chakra and if your Root Chakra is balanced and strong, you feel stable, grounded, satisfied in your day to day life and career. Like Stop sign on the signal is Red, meaning you stop, be stable! There are much more to it!!
